Welcome to Listener.com, operated by Listener, Inc. ("Listener," "we," "us," or "our"). These

including Google APIs. By connecting your account, you agree to their respective terms.
7. Google API Disclosure Listener.com uses Google APIs to access user data such as
YouTube Analytics. By connecting your Google account, you grant us permission to access and
display that data. We do not sell or transfer your Google user data without your explicit consent.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API
Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any
time for any reason.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Services are provided "as is" without warranties
of any kind. Listener.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages resulting from the use of the Services.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without
regard to conflict of law principles.
